Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Oya Nails is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Oya Nails is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, whether or not a signature was required.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return or Exchange Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to Oya Nails will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any item returned more than 14 days after receiving the package will not be refunded or exchanged.

If the delivery address entered by the customer is incorrect and the order is not received, Oya Nails cannot be held responsible.

If the package is not returned to us, no refund or exchange will be possible.

If the package is returned to us, the order can be reshipped to the correct address (at the customer’s expense).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If, after receipt, the returned products are refused for refund or exchange (e.g., damaged, opened, used, or incomplete), the reshipping costs back to the customer will also be charged to them.

On a sheet of paper, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Buyer’s full name
- Email address
- Mention “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”
- Reason for return or exchange
7. Then prepare your package, including the sheet with your information and the product(s) to be returned.
8. Once your package is ready, go to the nearest Canada Post office and send it to the following address:
